Guest Attendant

Homefield Grange is a health and wellness retreat, nestled in nature in the Northamptonshire countryside. With 17 guest bedrooms, dining room, spa, gym, practitioner, and therapy rooms, we host residential guests only to offer an exclusive home from home feel.

As Guest Attendant your main role is to ensure we offer our guests a warm and welcoming environment and that their need for nourishment, support and guidance are all taken care of.

Other duties include:

- Offering a caring and supportive hand to resolve any issues or concerns guests may have during their stay.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene levels throughout the retreat
- Reporting any maintenance, health, and safety issues promptly
- Working closely with our Chefs to deliver amazing, vegan plant-based food.
- Ensuring all guest service areas are stocked, clean and accessible.
- On site first aid contact

The key qualities we are looking for are a passion for working in a customer facing role, interacting with our guests to deliver excellent customer service. An interest in health and wellbeing would be an advantage, to provide that extra level of support and understanding during a guest’s journey.

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
