Senior Recruitment Consultant Logistics/Driving

Location Worksop

Package Up to 35K basic, plus commission and shares in the company

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to work with my client who is a small established independent recruiter and who are launching a new branch in Worksop Nottinghamshire they are excited to be looking for the perfect individual to take the lead within their new Driving Worksop branch to grow and develop this to its full potential

**About the Role**:

- Generating new business by identifying prospective opportunities and keeping ahead of your competitors
- Working with integrity, including ability to relate to people and instil trust
- Continual relationship development
- Targeted on sales activity and revenue generation
- Effective management and development with your clients and accounts
- Regular national client visits, identifying gaps between expectations and delivery
- Ability to recruit, lead, grow and motivate a team to deliver results

**They are looking for someone who**
- Has experience and a proven track record of success within the logistics/driving sector within the recruitment Industry as Senior Recruiter or Managing Consultant level
- Has the business development skills to grow a develop a driving branch
- Someone who can grow and lead a team eventually
- Strong Sales skills and experience of hitting targets and KPI's
- Is people-oriented with the ability to persuade and influence
- Has a growth mindset and driven to reach personal and professional goals
- Has strong and diverse communication and interpersonal skills
- Inspires and motivates with a collaborative approach
- Develops trust and long-term relationships
- Is resilient with a proactive approach
- Has proficient IT skills and man management skills to develop your team
- Is able to multitask and prioritise a demanding workload.
