Elevation Business Support are exclusively working with a business based in Worksop who are looking for a Senior Administrator to Support the MD and the HR function in a 50/50 split.
This is a great varied role with an opportunity to progress and grow as the role develops.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Managing the Managing Directors diary including coordinating travel arrangements
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of MD and HR
- Organising and preparing meetings including getting meeting agendas prepared
- Answering any phone calls and communicating messages and information to the business
- Updating HR documents and employee records
- Assisting with payroll administration
- Answering HR-related queries/employee queries
- Inputting data into internal HR databases/data management
- Building relationships with external partners
- Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner
- Experience working within HR, Junior PA or Senior Admin role
- Great Attention to detail
- Good communicator
