**Team Leader - Customer Services Syston Fixed Term Contract**

**Description of Team / Department**

Sales Admin - Cement MAT LEAVE12 MONTHS

**Purpose of / Responsibilities of the role**

Management of customer agents, mentoring, training and support.

Ensuring processes are followed, implement change, improvement plans and review compliance

Deliver excellent customer service, team morale and build good relationships with internal / external

Manage work load, ensuring KPI's are met and best working practices, Rota's are in place

Have in depth system knowledge, to be able to investigate and resolve queries

**Skills / Experience**

In depth understanding of Hanson Pricing processes

Previous experience with managing, supporting team members

Demonstrate implementation of change, project ownership

Evidence of excellent customer service skills, and dedication to delivering excellent customer service
