We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Weekend Café Assistant **to join our team at **Ducati Bournemouth.** You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary plus a fantastic benefits package.**

**About the Weekend Café Assistant role**:
Our **Brand New Ducati Showroom** will open in April and will offer an immersive Ducati experience; the latest range of Ducati and Ducati Scrambler models, apparel, parts and accessories alongside a state of the art Café.

As our **Weekend Café Assistant**, you will need to have outstanding customer service skills as you will be dealing with customers who expect and appreciate a high level of service through our experienced and dedicated Ducati staff. A people person who also has a passion for **motorcycling** with the ability to multitask with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude is a must

Flexibility to cover holidays and work additional hours will be necessary to meet the needs of the business.

**Hours**:Saturday 8.30am - 5.30pm, & Sunday 9.30am - 4.00pm.

**Responsibilities as our** **Weekend Café Assistant **will include**:

- Welcoming customers
- Refreshments being offered to all visitors
- Café to be cleaned throughout the day, including tables and coffee machine
- Ensuring customers have everything they need to have an enjoyable coffee or light bite to eat
- Managing the customer’s experience whilst they are visiting the business, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service throughout their visit

**What we’re looking for in our Weekend Café Assistant**:

- Experience in a similar role or hospitality background
- Barista trained - would be desirable
- Experience and passion for all things associated with motorcycling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm and positive attitude in unplanned situations
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Team player
- Professional and courteous manner
- Full, clean driving license
