As a Counter Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Taking customer orders and processing payments accurately
- Preparing and packaging food orders for customers
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation

- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating change
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to upsell menu items to enhance customer experience
