**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of nursery staff members
- Create and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other nursery room leaders and staff to create a cohesive and positive learning environment
- Follow all policies and procedures set forth by the nursery

**Requirements**:

- Full and relevant Early Years Educator qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of nursery staff members
- First Aid certification preferred

Pay: Up to £25,500.00 per year
