**Purchase Ledger Clerk**

**3 month FTC**

**£25,330 pro rata**

**Redhill**

We are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger clerk to join our team for a period of 3 months, supporting the team to pay our supplier invoices in a timely manner.

Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor you will match supplier invoices to orders, carry out reconciliations and resolve queries.

You will be responsible for;
- Scanning invoices and Credit notes
- Employee expenses
- Assisting in payment runs
- Supplier liaison
- Query resolution

**About You**:
Ideally you will have experience within a similar position and be used to working in the office environment. You will be able to:

- Manage your workload and work unsupervised
- Communicate in a polite and professional manner, with suppliers and internal customers
- Work as part of team to achieve targets
- Complete tasks within set timelines
