As the Document Controller, you'll be reporting to and supporting the Head of Operations. You will responsible for registering all supporting documents required from purchasing, quality, production, health and safety, supply chain due diligence, so that Blue Chyp can comply with our accredited standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Creating new project folders in the SharePoint folder, housekeeping and ensuring file structure compliance and document register control.
- Creating quality and health and safety registers for each project, based on the installation phases and deadline dates.
- Maintain all registers within the project folders to ensure deadline and review dates are met on each document.
- Daily administration for Safety Culture platform to ensure quality and HSE inspections are saved on the project folders, following up Nonconformance on inspections to action.
- Meeting with the Project team weekly to understand weekly installation plans and ensuring the installation teams are uploading the QA and HSE documents daily to Safety Culture.
- Uploading QA documents to client-based quality and HSE portals.
- Responsibility for ensuring all the products purchased or outsourced have the accompanying documentation _(POD’s, CoC’s, Mill certifications, DoP’s), _and updating NetSuite to corroborate.
- Assessing customer requirements and defining customer service standards, for quality purposes.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of documentation, audit records and other evidence as may be appropriate to confirm contract compliance and O&M evidence.
- Consulting on in-house quality procedures, standards, controls, and specifications.
- Managing the supporting documentation for preferred supply chain and subcontractor due diligence.
- Support with internal or external audits in cooperation with evidence that might be requested.
- Reporting on inspection outcomes, creating actions for non-conformances and following through until resolution.
- Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, the Employee Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the management of change and continual improvement program.
- Understanding of the relevant ISO and BS EN-1090 standards.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure

**Computer systems**
- Microsoft 365 package (Outlook, SharePoint, One Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Netsuite
- Windows-based system/drives

**Salary**: £28,500.00-£32,500.00 per year
