A long established manufacturing company in Medway Towns are looking to recruit a **Factory Operative - PFD Processor** on a permanent basis.

**Summary**:
To process castings through Penetrant Flaw Detection - encompassing the "Acid Etch" and "De-grease" of castings prior to final inspection PFD and the de-grease of castings prior to foundry check PFD.
- Operation of the Etching, De-greasing & PFD Processing line.
- Perform operational performance tests and calibrations using techniques specified by the Level 2 or 3.
- Proficiently set up test pieces and conduct the required test of the part or assembly in accordance with specific procedures.
- Conducting pre-use checks on all equipment.
- Meeting production output targets - daily and monthly.

**There will be training available to Level 2 NSA410 Level 2 PFD Inspection.**

**Shift**:

- Mon-Thur 06:00 - 16:30.

The salary will be reviewed after 6 months.
