**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing and reviewing your own and existing caseloads.
- Organising payments and providing support for the wider recoveries team.
- Meet or exceed monthly cash collection debt reduction targets.
- Prioritise collections by assessment.
- Contact clients to ensure invoices are paid to terms agreed.
- Maintaining/Creating payment plans and taking payments.
- Reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Write off journals, unallocated cash and duplicate accounts are cleared monthly.
- Recharging customers for Fuel & PCN charges in accordance with the current company policy.
- Once the invoices have been processed by Purchase ledger, the Credit Controller will advise that the customer is charged, raise the invoice and liaise with the customer.
- Responsible for investigating all invoices and request the appropriate gaining evidence from the supplier, requesting credit notes when necessary.
- Responsible for liaising with the Carriage Office under guidance from the Finance Director.
- Chasing Direct Hire invoices and handling queries
- Chasing Damage payments.
- PTP chasing - to liaise with the Recoveries Team Leader and to provide weekly updates.
- Indirect Hire invoices - to liaise with the Recoveries Team Leader and to provide weekly updates.
- To produce Accounts Reports.
