**Role overview**:
The Credit Control & Billing Administrator will work pro-actively as part of an experienced team responsible for the timely raising and collection of revenues for all of TES subsidiaries and acquisitions - maximizing cash-flow, working with sales teams to build relationships while adhering to established processes and procedures. The Credit Control & Billing Administrator will have the opportunity to support the Head of Accounts Receivable & Billing with ongoing projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Management and ownership of own ledger
- Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors, working to individual KPI’s
- Ensuring payments are made to terms, consistently working to the business’ DSO targets
- Negotiating re-payment plans
- Query management and resolution
- Processing and billing of invoices
- Management of on stop process for overdue accounts
- Collection of direct debit payments via GoCardless system
- Reporting on invoice status and highlighting issues
- Assisting with projects and acquisitions
