**Your new role**
Working in conjunction with the operational team, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for day to day management of the sub-contractors, direct labour, vehicles, associated plant & equipment ensuring delivery of great customer service. The role is also required to carry out audits on site, ensuring sub-contractors and direct labour are working safely, efficiently and ensuring that work is completed within the required timescale.

**About you**

**Desirable qualifications/ skills/ experience**-
- Previous experience and/or qualifications within the Utilities and/or Telecoms Industry

- Driving Licence
--

- Proven experience in a previous Supervisor Role Utilities/Telecoms Industry advantageous.
--

- Experience of supervising sub-contractors as well as direct labour.
--

- Proven experience of working in customer service or a customer focused environment.
--

- Working knowledge of Health and Safety (IOSH advantageous).
--

- Ability to communicate both up and down within Ipsum and the Client Organisation
