**JOB SUMMARY**:

- Full Time, Permanent- Hybrid- Henley-On-Thames, Oxfordshire- Salary: Up to £26400 per annum + plus £3600 tax free bonus + company bonus- REF: 90776We are recruiting for a fantastic position, working for a dynamic and fast growing Training and Consulting firm based in Henley on Thames.

The Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting the delivery of workshops and consultancy projects across the globe, working with a variety of well known FMCG brands.

Our client is offering a basic salary of £26,400 plus a £3600 tax free bonus every December and excellent benefits, including a company bonus of up to 5%.

Monday to Thurs - office based. Friday - working from home. 9am - 5pm.

This role would suit someone with superb communication and organisational skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Pre-communication with delegates - welcoming them, communicating the workshop logistics and admin
- Ensuring all links and communications are set up and distributed for Virtual workshops
- Managing the workshop content - setting up Dropbox file, arranging all workshop printing
- Checking/Packing all workshop materials into box and arranging delivery/collection to/from lead Consultant for face to face workshops
- Managing expensify and correctly coding to ensure we bill correctly
- Complete post workshop tasks such as feedback
- Inputting delegates details into CRM system and monitoring workshop progress
- Making sure all aspects of the process are in place to guarantee that the right information is in the right place and with the right people at the right time for ongoing workshops

**Skills/Experience**
- You must be a very organised person
- This is a busy role, with lots of actions to be completed all at the same time, so you must be good at juggling your workload, prioritising it, and being able to refocus after any interruption to your workflow
- Strong communicator
- Capable
- Confident personality
- Able to work in a small team, but also able to work independently
