**Senior Property Coordinator**

**£25,000 - £27,000**

A PRS based in Ancoats, Manchester are on the lookout for a new hire, a Senior Property Coordinator to take the reins of the property management function and work alongside the Head of Property Services and all you need to have is:

- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience in Residential Lettings
- PPM planning experience would be a bonus

Perhaps you're tired of the weekend work, the difficult landlords or even the tabu that comes with residential lettings - this role is so different to this, although still in Property, the company are the landlord and their buildings are high end propertiesin Manchester so a completely different approach to the norm.

This business manage all assets in house from build right through to maintenance and management of properties; such an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to the full process of property development, management and completion.

This organisation has the most incredible resources and team due to the profits of the business; meaning your training, support and processes will be better than anything you've seen before.

You will oversee the department of a team of 2, give ideas to the Directors and implement new processes whilst also looking at ways to improve the property services department (this department manage all maintenance procedures for their high spec properties)

All properties you will support on are within a 4 minute of their offices so there's no requirement for a car or the need to travel afar.
