What you’ll do:
Oversee, plan and coordinate the cleaning operation ensuring that you and your team create a sterile, safe environment - cleaning desks, ceilings and vents, walls, blinds, and more

Ensure a safe working environment throughout the hospital for all employees

Monitor employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivity

Coordinate routine responsibilities and assign specific work or functional activities

Responsible for orientation and training of employees

What you bring:
Previous supervisory experience

Ability to perform physical aspects of the job

Provide clear directions and respond accordingly to employees

Exceptional customer service skills; willingness to go beyond
