Graduate Customer Service Champion

We are a vibrant and exciting e-commerce online menswear brand, who are recruiting for a graduate to join our Customer Service Champion team. Our whole brand ethos is designed around giving men exactly what they are looking for; properly made menswear, thatreally fits We launched in 2014, and we have had an amazing story since then, going from success to success. It’s a great role for a graduate who really wants to see a business growing and feel part of that team.
We are based in Richmond, Surrey, in our beautiful offices, and as we say, our wish list wasn’t too big when we launched - we just wanted to create clothes that fit, felt and looked great We launched as an e-commerce business, and behind our success storyis an amazing team We have a great client base and most of our clients are either males or females buying on behalf of family, partners, friends. We are passionate about the customer's experience from beginning to end, nothing is too much trouble when itcomes to helping customers. It’s important to us that all their staff really care about the customer's experience, have great communication skills and are very friendly and helpful. We are a lovely brand to work for and we are now looking for our next superperson to join the team The company is made up of 40 amazing staff who come from impressive back grounds, and the customer service champion team, consists of 8 super graduates, who are a very friendly and welcoming team.
**The permanentrole**: This role is focused on customer service for their clients, from beginning to end, so we really want someone who likes responsibility and using their initiative, loves helping people and wants to be partof a busy team.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for SPOKE
- Troubleshooting issues, and finding smart and practical solutions to any customer
- queries
- Becoming an expert on our customers and our products, and sharing this knowledge with the rest of the business

Hours/Days: The role is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The role is initially home working but as government guidelines change the role will become 3 days in our Richmond office and 2 days home based.
**The temporaryrole**: This role is focused on returns for our clients, so we really want someone who likes responsibility, has amazing attention to detail and using their initiative, loves helping people andwants to be part of a busy team. The role starts beginning of February (could be a week later if that was a better start date for you). and will be initially for 3 months (although if you are hoping for longer term work the position will be ongoing and wewill also be recruiting permanently again for the team in June as we are constantly growing and expanding, if you ideally would like a permanent role).
- Providing world-class customer service for returns
- Updating different systems and software
- Assisting customers as required
- Working as part of a team
- Amazing attention to detail
Hours/Days: The role is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The role is initially home working but as government guidelines change the role will become 3 days in the office based in our Richmond office and 2 days home based.
