Join our client's thriving, family-run exhibition stand contracting business as an Operations Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **H&S Paperwork Submission**: Ensure timely submission of health and safety paperwork to event organizers, maintaining compliance with regulations.
- **Work Schedule Management**: Handle data management of the work schedule, ensuring efficient coordination of tasks and timelines.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Book vehicle passes, hotels, and other logístical requirements to facilitate smooth operations.
- **Administrative Support**: Undertake general administrative tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency of the business.
- **Project Management Assistance**: Collaborate with project managers by providing support in various tasks to ensure project success.

**Qualifications and Characteristics**:

- **Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Experience**: Proficiency in spreadsheet tools for effective data management.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
- **High Standard Delivery**: Ability to deliver work to a high standard, demonstrating attention to detail.
- **Computer Literacy**: Advanced level of computer literacy to navigate digital tools efficiently.
- **Self-Driven**: Capability to work unsupervised, showcasing initiative and responsibility.
- **Team Player**: Excellent team player with exceptional organizational skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Days**: Monday to Friday (potential for four days).
- **Hours**: Part-time, 25-30 hours per week.
