Engineering Manger (Days Based)

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Manager to join an excellent Food manufacturer in the Lifton area.

With no day ever being the same the Engineering Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Managing a team of multi skilled shift engineers and shift coordinators
- Establish and implement an effective PPM schedule across the shifts.
- Focus on Continuous improvement activities, utilising Root Cause Analysis.
- Support plant overhauls and the allocation of budgets to improve the production machinery.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Previous Experience in Engineering Management / Leadership role.
- Degree in Engineering or Apprentice trained - Electrical / Mechanical.
- Food manufacturing / FMCG experience would be highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of PLCs would be advantageous.

**Package and Benefits**:

- 50,000 DOE
- Hours: Monday - Friday Days based
