**Business Move Agent**

This is a permanent, full time position (37 hours)

**Location **- Leicester office based including work from home.

**Salary** - **Competitive + 5.5k OTE per annum (paid monthly)

**Shift Patterns **The department is open Monday to Friday 08.00-18.00 and your shift patterns will fall within these hours over 5 days. No weekends or late nights

**Training Hours **- Monday to Friday 08:45 - 17.00 for four weeks - mixture of office and virtual days.

**What you’ll be doing**
- You’ll be working for Centrica Business Solutions dealing with the energy needs for new and existing enterprise customers across the UK. Our team is super friendly, dynamic, and really sales focussed as you’d expect.
- Delivering outstanding customer service, with a focus on resolving business customer queries regarding the Business Moves process as efficiently as possible; taking ownership of our customers to prevent repeat contact whilst identifying growth and retention opportunities.
- Responsible for resolving all business move enquiries from customers moving premises involving a range of processes for example validating legal documentation, updating changes on our system, dealing with complex queries like amendments and diagnosing exactly what is required to correct our billing systems.
- Throughout your day you’ll be having open and honest conversations with your customers, asking the right questions to establish their needs, and aligning our products and services to meet them.
- You’ll need to be committed to driving sustainable business growth through retaining and acquiring customers, inspiring sales and amazing service.
- We want you to deliver simple, sustainable, and affordable products across our business customer base, but always with care and courage
- Providing consistent, effective, and strong customer service behaviours whilst meeting KPI’s.

**And the skills we need from you.**
- We’re always looking to train our people to the highest standard but previous sales experience is **essential**. If sales experience is on your CV then why not put your talent to good use? We’d love to hear from you
- Ability to quickly and effectively diagnose reason for contact and establish the best treatment path through proactive problem solving
- It goes without saying we need people with lots energy and enthusiasm to deal with enquiries from both our inbound and outbound calls from customers.
- Your absolute passion for delivering the right product through good questioning and careful negotiation should be one of your motivational drivers
- Naturally you should have fantastic communication skills both written and verbal.
- This department is super-fast paced and, at times, can be high pressure so your resilience, agility and ownership skills are key to this role.
- You’ll also need the confidence to escalate any issues or process improvements to the wider business area.
