A leading name in the Insurance industry has a new opportunity to join their Commercial Underwriting department as a Commercial Trading Underwriter.

As a Commercial Trading Underwriter you will manage a cross class of cases covering property and casualty, motor trade and motor fleet. You will underwrite existing business enquires whilst consistently looking to develop and maintain broker relationships both over the phone and face to face.

You will provide a high quality of service to Brokers to achieve business objectives. You will manage your own Broker panel understanding their needs and delivering a continual high level of service.

You will also act as a referral point for more junior Underwriters using your experience and knowledge to develop and help the team.

You will report into the Birmingham Office however you will only be required to be in the office once a week unless you wish to come in more often. The remainder of your time will be spit between home working and Broker visits.
