**Job Overview**
We are delighted to offer the opportunity to join The Balmoral’s Junior Hotelier Apprenticeship Programmes and become a Hospitality Professional. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team. We are looking to recruit for our fantastic 2 year Hospitality Professional Apprenticeship Programme. The programme has been designed for dynamic individuals who are passionate about providing engaging service.

As a Junior Hotelier at The Balmoral you will experience all of the following exciting departments:

- Front Office
- Food & Beverage - Restaurants
- Food & Beverage - Bars
- Food & Beverage - Kitchen
- Housekeeping

**What skills will I learn?**
In addition to gaining valuable exposure to luxury hotel operations, you will enjoy the program

- A Balmoral Ambassador will be appointed to help you settle into your role, responsibilities and life as a hospitality professional
- Monthly catch up with our dedicated Quality & Development Manager

**What qualifications or qualities are required?**
- No formal qualifications are required
- A desire to learn and grow in hotel operations
- Excellent communication skills
- An enthusiastic and vibrant personality
- Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team
- Motivation with a the drive to develop your career within the industry
- Legal eligibility to work in the UK

**Apprenticeship Open Day being held on Monday 3rd June between 10am-Noon and 2pm-4pm**
