Customer Accounts Training Lead

**About The Role**: Motability Operations are currently recruiting for a Customer Accounts Training Lead to join our team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Customer and Agency Manager, the main responsibility of this position involves the training of new team members and providing necessary training/adjustments due to system and process updates. Additionally, you will offer Coaching and Development assistance to Customer Accounts Analysts and deliver precise performance evaluations for the Team Leader.
Duties include creating and updating training materials and schedules, maintaining accurate training records and data, and acting as a primary contact point to address and resolve issues within the Customer Accounts Team. You will also coordinate team activities, manage department inboxes, and support the Team Leader by providing tools, resources, and process documentation.

You will excel as a confident and skilled multitasker, with a track record of meeting deadlines and efficiently handling workloads. Being a strong team player is essential, willing to dive in and assist wherever needed - including being adaptable to support SLA by answering phone calls promptly.
You are someone who naturally takes ownership and motivates others to accomplish tasks. Your determination and willingness to tackle challenging issues will compliment your commitment to finding solutions.
To excel in this role, effective communication skills are essential for delivering training clearly and concisely. Building confidence, providing reassurance, and setting a positive example are key aspects of being perceived as a role model.
**Minimum criteria**:
- You will have experience in a Customer Services, Coaching or Trainer role with an excellent telephone manner
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages including excel & Sharepoint
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to communicate effectively at all levels and be able to adapt training style to suit different individuals
- Great attention to detail along with the ability to self motivate, which will enable you to ensure high standards are met.

At the end of the lease, our customers can exchange their vehicle for a brand-new model. Each year we sell and move around 200,000 cars. This makes us the largest supplier of single-source vehicles back into the used car market.
