Team Assistant

**The Role**
The Team Assistant role is new and will be pivotal in working with and supporting the Delegations & Protocol and Aerospace Events teams to deliver high quality Aerospace events for Farnborough International.
Key to the role will be the support and management of key processes, feeding into various project plans and team assistance within both teams to ensure their deadlines are met effectively and on time. The Team Assistant will be responsible for multiple admin-based tasks such as meeting arrangements, note taking, system updates and will provide ad hoc support for the team as and when needed.
The role directly reports to the Head of Aerospace Events, with a dotted line to the Assistant Director of Delegations & Protocol.

- Excellent organisational and project management skills to keep processes and templates maintained. Able to work to a high level of accuracy.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills; with ability to communicate with people of all levels of business.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities and able prioritise workload.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet targets.
- Flexible attitude and a good team player (happy to muck in when needed).
- Polite, friendly. Self-motivated and using own initiative. Proactive approach to work.
- Attention to detail.
**The Contract & Benefits**
Salary; £17,000 annually
Contract; Permanent, part-time role, 3 days a week, 9.00 to 17.00, 21 hours per week
Location; Hybrid working
- 2 days in the Farnborough office and 1 day from home
