ServiceNow Platform Owner

One of our international FS clients are currently looking for a ServiceNow Platform owner and User Experience SME to join their massively expanding team, as part of a large multi-year IT Transformation initiative, to look into how they better service theirend users globally, specifically from a ServiceNow perspective.
- Someone who has extensive experience on technical and operational ownership of the ServiceNow platform. They must have worked on multiple roll out's and enhancement's of the tooling solution, including their user of innovative ways to integrate it to otherbusiness units to better automate their service support strategy across the business.
- Must have taken full ownership of the BAU ops of the platform. Incidents, problems requests and strategic change for the existing ServiceNow offering. This includes managing an in-house ServiceNow Development team as well as an offshore IT Supplier froma support perspective.
- Will be wearing a few different hats as a multi-faceted role; someone who has the ability to step change between project managing the implementation and enhancement of the platform, operational support and management of resources and the platform, and strategicvisionary for emerging technologies and capabilities from a User Experience perspective, to enhance their internal footprint in the Service Now space as a 'user-first' model.
