Job Description Summary: What you need to know about the role: This manager will lead our European Enterprise Sales Analytics team in support of all European markets including UK, Southern Europe, Northern Europe, DEATCH, ICE, and Australia/NZ. They will manage a team of three team members focused on providing regular sales reporting, driving pipeline management, developing new models, and leading annual sales planning exercises. Meet our team: This role is one of three Enterprise Sales leaders who will partner with our North American Enterprise Sales Analytics Lead and our Growth Markets Enterprise Sales Analytics Lead to drive new sales revenue across PayPal's full product portfolio. You will have a direct impact on the business by helping the Sales team hit their new sales revenue targets.

**Job Description**:
Your way to impact:
You will lead a team of 3-4 Analytics analysts as we provide a range of support for our European Enterprise Sales stakeholders and the broader GADS organization. You would spend ~50% of your time directly interfacing with our business partners/stakeholders (e.g., VP-level Sales leaders for individual European markets, senior Revenue Operations partners) and ~50% of your time coaching or problem solving with the team on their ongoing bigger projects. Our team plays a key role in helping drive new sales for the whole European Enterprise team and enables them to hit a $100+M new sales goal through a mix of regular reporting, model development, and strategic planning support.

Your day-to-day:
In your day to day role you will need to seamlessly pivot between working "externally" with our stakeholder teams and managing your internal team of analysts. There are a number of regular meetings our Analytics team supports (e.g., Sales pipeline review, monthly operations review) where you will have the opportunity to present Analytics findings that help materially move the business. Our internal team also needs day-to-day help as they build new models (e.g., predictive lead scoring model for new sales), create presentations (e.g., building our operations review decks), and lead strategic exercises (e.g., annual segmentation planning).
