We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to manage a team of 3 and take full ownership of project handover from sales to customers. You will develop, implement, and manage customer projects right through to completion. Responsiblefor supplying on time quality products within given timescales and to clients’ specifications.

**Salary**:up to £40,000 per annum depending on your experience

**Hours**:Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

**Duration**:Permanent

**Duties**:

- Working closely with the in-house sales team to ensure a smooth, accurate and
- complete transition of sales projects
- Discuss brief and be the point of contact for project queries and progress updates
- Oversee the purchasing of materials within budget
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Liaise with Production Manager and confirm production schedules
- Working with the design and production teams to ensure the quality of protype
- Prepare project plans based on Bill of Materials and production timings
- Production scheduling, preparation of paperwork and job packs
- Overview and monitor the supply chain logistics
- Monitor project progress to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Team management and motivation, conducting regular staff meetings
- Provide guidance and ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and standards
- Review and monitor progress against the project plan and update appropriately
- Establish consultation with other parts of the organisation, to ensure the effective completion of projects

**Skills & Experience**:

- Project management qualification, e.g., PRINCE2 would be beneficial but is not essential
- Previous experience as a Project Manager in the manufacturing industry
- Highly organised with strong time management and able to work under pressure.
- Good commercial understanding and knowledge of pricing and costing
- Knowledge of project management concepts and principles
- Highly developed IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a diverse and busy team environment
- Results focussed, motivated and like to take ownership of tasks and projects
