Cyfweliadau: 10 Gorffennaf

What it's like to work here:The Gower Peninsula is a unique and beautiful place to work. It is conveniently nestled between Llanelli and Swansea making it a perfect location for local communities and visitors to visit and form lasting memories of sunny days on the beach, picnics in quiet countryside or rewarding day trips exploring the 26 miles of coast, heathland, saltmarsh, farms and expansive beaches NT look after.

Aberdulais is a small National Trust property on the outskirts of Neath and is the start of the landscape known locally as Waterfall Country. The site is home to a spectacular waterfall and remains of hundreds of years of industrial heritage.

The team welcomes forward-thinking and creative people with a collaborative approach, and love of the outdoors. You're likely to need your own transport to get here.

Mae Penrhyn Gŵyr yn lle unigryw a hardd i weithio. Mae'n swatio'n gyfleus rhwng Llanelli ac Abertawe, gan ei wneud yn lleoliad perffaith i gymunedau lleol ac ymwelwyr ymweld a ffurfio atgofion parhaol o ddiwrnodau heulog ar y traeth, picnic mewn cefn gwlad tawel neu deithiau diwrnod gwerth chweil yn archwilio'r 26 milltir o arfordir, rhostir, morfa heli, ffermydd a thraethau eang y mae NT yn gofalu amdanynt.

Mae Aberdulais yn eiddo bach yr Ymddiriedolaeth Genedlaethol ar gyrion Castell-nedd ac mae'n gychwyn ar y dirwedd a elwir yn lleol yn Wlad y Sâr. Mae'r safle'n gartref i raeadr ysblennydd ac yn parhau i fod o gannoedd o flynyddoedd o dreftadaeth ddiwydiannol.

Mae'r tîm yn croesawu pobl flaengar a chreadigol gyda dull cydweithredol, a chariad at yr awyr agored. Mae'n debygol y bydd angen eich cludiant eich hun arnoch i gyrraedd yma.

What you'll be doing:You will be managing the development and delivery of this portfolio’s strategic plan for volunteering and communities alongside the property leadership team. Managing and embedding change whilst widening and deepening our relationships with existing and new audiences.

You will also increase the confidence and capability of others whilst creating a collective, flexible and inclusive environment for existing & future volunteers, communities and partners.

This is a key role for the National Trust locally to enable us to deliver our ambitious plans to work more effectively and collaboratively with local communities, key social groups and volunteers. You will be forming partnerships and relationships within the catchment area of Swansea, Gower, Neath and Llanelli and looking at breaking down barriers that prevent people from engaging properly with their surrounding green spaces. You will be looking to establish new and imaginative ways to enable people to become involved in our work.

You'll have a sound working knowledge and experience of volunteering principles and practice and will be able to demonstrate the ability to adapt your style and tone to meet the changing needs of your audience. You'll also be able to recognise the key differences between staff and volunteering roles, particularly the legal framework, the approach to reward and recognition, and dealing with exciting situations.

Byddwch yn rheoli datblygiad a chyflawniad cynllun strategol y portffolio hwn ar gyfer gwirfoddoli a chymunedau ochr yn ochr â'r tîm arwain eiddo. Rheoli ac ymgorffori newid wrth ehangu a dyfnhau ein perthynas â chynulleidfaoedd presennol a newydd.

Byddwch hefyd yn cynyddu hyder a gallu eraill wrth greu amgylchedd cyfunol, hyblyg a chynhwysol ar gyfer gwirfoddolwyr, cymunedau a phartneriaid presennol ac yn y dyfodol.

Mae hon yn rôl allweddol i'r Ymddiriedolaeth Genedlaethol yn lleol i'n galluogi i gyflawni ein cynlluniau uchelgeisiol i weithio'n fwy effeithiol ac ar y cyd â chymunedau lleol, grwpiau cymdeithasol allweddol a gwirfoddolwyr. Byddwch yn ffurfio partneriaethau a pherthnasoedd yn nalgylch Abertawe, Gŵyr, Castell-nedd a Llanelli ac yn edrych ar chwalu'r rhwystrau sy'n atal pobl rhag ymgysylltu'n iawn â'u mannau gwyrdd cyfagos. Byddwch yn ceisio sefydlu ffyrdd newydd a dychmygus i alluogi pobl i gymryd rhan yn ein gwaith.

Bydd gennych wybodaeth weithredol gadarn a phrofiad o egwyddorion ac ymarfer gwirfoddoli a byddwch yn gallu dangos y gallu i addasu eich arddull a'ch tôn i ddiwallu anghenion newidiol
