We’re looking for a passionate, well-organised, Sales driven Business Intern to join our sales and event team. You will be responsible for increasing client revenue across the sites by targeting businesses, organizations and individuals.

As a Sales Business Intern you will embark upon an intensive sales training schedule when you first join, and will then put that training into different parts of the business.

**Key Role Responsibilities**:

- Working within a small brand representative sales team, your primary responsibility will be to generate new advertising sales opportunities, researching and developing relationships with the ultimate goal of growing our client base
- Manage sales cycle, from prospecting to pitching to closing
- Buildings and Engaging with existing clients to secure ongoing meeting attendance
- Attendance at events
- Maximizing the profitability, sustainability and quality of each event through effective procurement
- Assist with negotiating contracts
- Work closely with the marketing team, supporting them with events and campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written skills required
- Needs to be highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
- Excellent team working skills
- Explore all areas of the company

**Salary**: £15,000 - £24,000.00 per year (pro-rata)

Schedule:

- 8/10 hour shift patterns

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sheffield, South Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- None Required

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
