**Job Description**:
Join us for your placement year in summer 2024 Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what it's like to work for a world-renowned brand with a culture of support and community.

**5 KEY DELIVERABLES**:

- Utilise product availability to plan delivery of customer orders on-time and in-full.
- Coordinate and communicate with customer planners and warehouses to achieve successful practical delivery of orders by:

- Reviewing and questioning orders for anomalies
- Booking delivery slots at customer warehouse location
- Providing pre-delivery advice
- Answer customer queries to ensure the customer service level is maximised by dealing with issues and resolving within adequate time.
- To liaise with Production Planning, the Transport Team and Order Processing Team in ensuring all customer requirements are met.
- Monitor and report daily on key departmental performance indicators.

**Qualifications**:

- Enjoy working in a team.
- Have accuracy, with a personal pride in delivering quality.
- Have the ability to adhere to deadlines.
- Be computer literate.

Additional Information
**Expected Start Date: July 2024**

**Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Monday - Thursday 08.00 - 17.00 and Fridays 08.00 - 16.00 with a 1-hour unpaid lunchbreak.**

**Location**: Worcester - this is an office-based role.
