**Job Title**:Customer Complaints Handler

**Job Type**: Full-Time Permanent

**Hours**: 37.5 hours a week Mon - Fri (Some flexibility on start and finish time)

**Salary**: £24k-£26k

**Location**: Godalming

**Role Overview**

Ensure accurate billing and invoicing of completed works. Handle queries relating to invoicing & payments. Obtain financial uplifts to service calls where the value exceeds the Customers spend limit. Manage and update multiple customer portals on a dailybasis. Manage the replenishment cycles for Engineers Vans stocks and stock replenishment including wait calls.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Working as part of a professional team accurately logging customer service calls
- Supporting the Service Manager highlighting any problems on a daily basis and escalating accordingly
- Handling customer complaints through to resolution
- Resource allocation, Scheduling engineer's workload on a daily/weekly basis
- Ensuring call out charges are quoted in a timely manner to achieve maximum revenue
- Arranging uplifts for engineers on-site
- Managing key account customer installations
- Liaising with contractors ensuring SLA deadlines are met
- Warranty call part order management

**Desirabl e**
- Experience in an office based Administration, Customer Service or similar
- Desire to answer calls and provide excellent customer service
- Experience in working with Engineers or dealing with installations
- Attention to detail
- MS Office skills
- Proactive nature
