Process Specialist Lead - Inside IR35

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Tracks status of Process Design by managing and keeping up to date with the Process Master Tracker, ensuring alignment between Signavio, Master Tracker and Process Taxonomy
- Collates weekly status reporting and develops ad hoc reporting where required on all team change activities
- Owns Signavio training both for collaboration hub and modellers as well as licence allocation and reporting
- Maintains and updates BPM and CI standard templates, amending agreed improvements or expanding where appropriate
- Supports process specialists by providing data for the use within efficiency and effectiveness analysis
- Supports on change initiatives where appropriate and necessary
- Owns repositories for SOP, standards and other required documentation
- Supports 9-Box Process Specialist and Head of Process by documenting Process Designs (in Signavio & SOPs) as and when required.

Knowledge and skills
- Process Analysis, Process mapping, Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement
- Experienced Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Process Modelling knowledge
- Facilitation Skills is a must
- Excel Skills - Data analysis
- Ideally in a Services & Supply Chain environment
- Black Belt
- Signavio or similar Process Modelling Tool (BPMN 2.0)
- PRINCE 2/APM
