**Office Administration Book Keeper/Accounts Assistant.**

**The Company**

Advanced Minerals is a small mineral processing company based in Deepcar, Sheffield.

**The Responsibilities**
- Carry out all book keeping duties accurately including credit control.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.Able to deal with day to day issues quickly and effectively.**The Essential Skills and Experience**
- Book keeping knowledge and experience is essential.
- Confident telephone manner gained in sales or credit control.
- Strong administration skills with an eye for detail.
- Word Processing and Spreadsheet competence
- Excellent communication skills
- To be honest, discreet and trustworthy
- AAT accounting certificates an advantage.
- Experience of cloud based packages is an advantage.

**Hours and Remuneration**

The position of Accounts/Office Administrator offers a salary based on experience and benefits include:

- 28 days holiday (including statutory)
- Pension (in line with auto-enrolment rising up to 4.1% employer contribution)
- Working hours 9.00am to 5.30pm with half an hour for lunch.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Bookkeeping,Nominal code experiencence: 2 years (required)

- AAT Certificate (required)
