**Bookkeeper - Sheffield - £25,000 - £30,000**

**Bookkeeper responsibilities**:

- Managing the purchase and sales ledgers
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit control
- Ordering the correct building materials for projects
- Assisting with general administrative tasks
- Filing and sorting letters and other company correspondence
- Answering the phone and greeting customers who come to the office

**What we’re looking for**
- Previous experience of working in the property/ construction industry would be seen as highly desirable, but not essential
- Experience of working within accounts is seen as essential, a good knowledge of purchase and sales ledgers along with general finance duties
- Previous experience of Xero would be seen as highly beneficial
- Experience of working with external accounting firms
