We are looking for a passionate and inspiring Media Teacher within the Creative Industries Faculty based at City of Oxford College.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for a practitioner/developing teacher with passion and drive who is committed to enabling our students to unlock their potential and switch on to the power of learning. This role is incredibly varied, where no two days are the same. You will have the ability to expose students to a wide range of skills including filming, editing, animation, Adobe Suite, visual effects, research techniques and more.

This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, on a fixed-term basis until July 2024.

**What do you need to be successful as a Media Teacher at Activate Learning?**

We are looking for people who can act as role models for our students and ensure that they leave us with not just their professional qualifications, but the attributes required to progress in the world of work.

You will have a Level 3 or above qualification in film production, media studies or relevant field and industry experience.

Whilst previous teaching experience would be an advantage, it is not a requirement. As long as you have the qualifications to teach Media and demonstrate the attributes to be an inspirational teacher, we can provide you with the necessary training, development and support to equip you to teach in the FE sector.
