Do you wish to join our well established and friendly Front of House team within Bradford Theatres to deliver a first class customer experience to our patrons? If so we are looking to increase our casual workforce based at the King’s Hall and Winter Garden in Ilkley.

We require you to have experience of working face to face with members of the public and have excellent communication skills. Must be 18 years or over, be eligible to work in the UK and have the relevant documentation to substantiate this.

Be able to work regularly throughout the year including bank holidays, mainly during evenings and weekends.

Have a good command of English both spoken and written.

You will be working at the King’s Hall which has an audience capacity of 550.

We are situated right outside Ilkley Train Station. We host a variety of shows, comedians and various other functions and events at our venue.

To be successful you will need to be enthusiastic, be able to work within the role to the highest standard in a customer facing environment delivering a high standard of customer service.

Monitoring audience behaviour to ensure all are safe, secure and attended to at all times.

Maximize sales of ices and merchandise, inclusive of accurate handling, till use and basic stock control.

To check tickets quickly and accurately for the date, time, venue, show, level and seat number.

Be responsible for public safety. Provide information on up and coming shows and events.

Enhanced cleaning of Front of House areas pre, during and post the performance under Covid-19 guidelines and for the hygiene of the venue.

Staff uniform will be provided as will PPE for any of the cleaning responsibilities.

Applicants must have the ability to work both using their own initiative and as part of a team, and display willingness to learn and update personal training as required.
