As an Order Management Coordinator at this company, you will undertake a variety of day-to-day activities, including:
- Overseeing customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery, liaising with suppliers and hauliers throughout the process and solving any problems that may arise.
- Managing customer relationships, speaking with them regularly over the phone and face-to-face.
- Quoting customers.
- Managing all order documentation, as well as planning driver routes and schedules.
- General office assistance and ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Sales administration.
