Estates Operative

Protocol are delighted to be recruiting for an Estates Officer on behalf of an Educational establishment within the Slough area.

37 hours per week, Monday - Friday fixed term contract with the potential of permanent work thereafter.

**Salary**:£12- 13.00ph.**

Ideally you will have an Enhanced DBS on the update service.

**Duties**
- Unlocking and opening the site in the morning.
- Checking and restocking toilet areas
- Litter picking
- Portering
- Ad-hoc low level maintenance and repair
- Monitoring student behaviour and checking IDs at entrance points.
- Covering some other duties during annual leave of other members of the Estates team.
