Sterling Recruitment Services are working with a Industry leading company who are looking to add a experienced Semi Skilled / Manufacturing Operative to their team.

Our client specialise in the design and manufacture of bespoke products for the Aviation industry.

Skills and Knowledge Required for the role but not limited to are:

- Mechanical engineering and/or manufacturing experience.
- Good understanding of fabrication processes.
- Ability to weld is advantageous but not essential.
- Good organisational ability.
- Communication skills.
- Persistence and ability to achieve results under pressure.
- Quality focused.
- Being flexible and honest.
- A willingness to work
- Experience in hand held power tools

The hours of work for the role are

Monday to Thursday 0730 - 1630

Friday 0730 - 1330

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.83 per hour
