**What you’ll do**:

- Being the first face many will see, you’ll be an important role model when it comes to what great customer service will look like.
- You'll connect visitors and clients with the appropriate spaces for their needs while enforcing strict rules and processes.
- Work closely with the event centres' porters, to ensure room set ups and turnarounds are completed efficiently.

**What you bring**:

- Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure - organisation is key
- Previous experience in a similar role would be great Possible hotel/meeting events co-ordination is desirable but if you are someone who is professional and can provide excellent customer service, we can support with the rest
- Champion of health & safety practices.. Keep your colleagues and clients safe
