**Your Role**:
To provide first line Factory support with related systems in order to ensure departmental downtime is kept to a minimum. A PAC is responsible for providing support for initial PC & related peripherals issues, as well as scanning, labelling, weighing, barcoding and process control related equipment for issues factory employees may have with equipment/services from an operational & technical perspective.

**What You Will Need**:

- A Good Level of the English Language;
- Numerate;
- Good Organisational Skills;
- Excellent Computer Literacy;
- Experience in working with Microsoft Windows and Office packages;
- Troubleshooting ability;
- To be thorough and pay close attention to detail;
- Knowledge of factory-based systems;
- Experience in set up of factory-based systems;
- Confident and presentable;
- Clear Communicator;
- Basic Food Hygiene;
- Analytical ability;
- Able to work on own initiative
- Able to work as a team member;
- Leadership Qualities.

Hourly rate starts at**:£12.46 per hour.**

**A choice of shift patterns are available**:
**Team A**:

- Week 1: Wednesday & Thursday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

**Team B**:

- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
