Do you enjoy being a part of a great team? And creating empathic guest experiences? If you do, we'd love to meet you. We are looking for a **Food and Beverage Supervisor** to join a team of distinguished hospitality enthusiasts at **Dornoch Station**.

**YOUR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

You’ll be a key member of the team who embodies our values and assists management in the successful running of the restaurant operation. Your role will include a variety of duties and responsibilities. You’ll have complete knowledge of all parts of the restaurant service, procedures, food knowledge, hygiene and how to provide excellent customer service.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

- Providing consistently excellent and attentive customer service.
- Supporting your line manager with guiding, delegating and considerately leading the FOH team.
- Leading efficient opening and closing procedures and mise en place.
- Having high standards of FB knowledge.

**WHAT DO I NEED?**
- Experience supervising a FB team or being a senior member of an FB team with aspirations to grow.
- Natural leadership skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Passion for excellent customer service and creating best in class hospitality experiences.
