Administrative Assistant
**Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Hotel
- Respond to enquiries relating to the responsibilities of the position
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
- Control purchase orders and procurement for certain departments
- Processing creditors and reconciling at the Month end against Statements
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents accurately
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with travel arrangements and expenses
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Knowledge of hospitality / food & beverage / retail sectors is an advantage
- Experience in the hospitality / food & beverage / retail sectors is an advantage

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 30 per week
**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
