**Job Summary**:
As a Fast-Paced Line Cook at The Spicy Biker, you will be an integral part of our dynamic kitchen team, responsible for efficiently preparing and cooking high-quality street food items to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment. Your role will require excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize orders effectively, and a dedication to delivering consistently delicious food to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Food Preparation**: Prepare and cook a variety of street food items, including curries, burgers, Bhaji's, and other menu offerings, adhering to standardized recipes and quality standards.

2. **Organizing Checks**: Manage incoming food orders efficiently, organizing checks and prioritizing which tickets need immediate attention to ensure timely service.

3. **Speed and Accuracy**: Work quickly and accurately under pressure to meet high-volume demands during peak hours while maintaining food quality and presentation standards.

4. **Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with kitchen team members and front-of-house staff to coordinate orders and ensure smooth service flow.

5. **Station Maintenance**: Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with necessary ingredients and equipment, following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

6. **Quality Control**: Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process, promptly addressing any issues or discrepancies to maintain consistency and customer satisfaction.

7. **Efficiency Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the kitchen, making suggestions to management for streamlining operations and enhancing productivity.

8. **Adaptability**: Flexibility to work in various kitchen stations as needed, assisting with prep work, dishwashing, and other duties to support the team during busy periods.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be able to make a proper cup of tea.. Milk first.? or Hot Water first...??
