About the Role:
Green Line Apothecary is seeking a skilled Frozen Dessert Artisan to join its team in Wakefield, RI. As an Ice Cream Maker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality frozen desserts using scratch-made recipes. Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of culinary experience, expertise in commercial kitchen operations, and a passion for working with local ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate commercial ice cream making equipment to produce premium frozen desserts
• Measure, mix, and freeze ingredients using commercial batch freezers
• Prepare orders for distribution to Green Line Apothecary locations and retail partners
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in the commercial kitchen facility
• Follow health and safety regulations for food production

Requirements:
• 2+ years of culinary or kitchen experience preferred
• Expertise in commercial kitchen operations, food production, and safety
• Passion for working with local ingredients and maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for long periods
• ServSafe certification

What We Offer:
• Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate upon qualifications and experience
