**Salary: Up to £28,000 - £30,000 p.a. + benefits**

We are working with a quality driven domiciliary care provider who have an established private customer base and a highly supportive office team culture.

Within this role you would be responsible for ensuring your customers receive the best quality service. You will be supporting clients from their initail enquiry, completing assessments, liaising with families and external providers, writing care plans and then onboarding and introducing the client to thier tailored care package. This role is all about quality and delivering excellent customer service.

This role is supporting the Registered Manager and would suit someone who is currently a Field Care Supervisor who wants to progress their career.
- Previous experience of working in homecare/elderly care
- Skills in carrying out care reviews and setting up packages of care
- To be a team player, with a flexible attitude and positive outlook
- Be able to pay strong attention to detail and keep all documentation up to date in line with company procedures and care regulations
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- To be able to think fast on your feet and make quick decisions

**As Field Care Supervisor you will be required to:

- **
- Monitor quality of care via service reviews, care plans & medication auditing
- Arrange and complete client visits and assessments, setting up and writing appropriate care plans
- Undertake client and carer introductions and support visits
- Assist the Care Manager with the day to day operations of the business
- Respond and resolve customer queries
- Develop strong working relationships with carers and clients
- Be part of the On-Call Team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
