**We have a new and exciting position become available for a Trade Counter Supervisor at our Edinburgh depot.**

As a trade counter supervisor, you will oversee the daily operation, including deliveries, product availability and trade counter customer service. You will also act as a direct support for both the team and depot manager.

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to take their next step towards depot management.

**What you will need**:

- Have an eye for detail and capable of completing documents as part of monthly depot reviews and stock takes.
- Likes the challenge of problem-solving and working within a team to improve their performance.
- confident in a trade counter and to assume the manager's role when required to lead the team to ensure the depot is achieving KPIs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the Branch Manager
- Providing Branch Manager cover when required e.g. holiday, sickness
- Health and Safety - Compliant with information and safety guidance within the Depot
- Support with daily and quarterly stock takes
- Regularly upsell and pitch promotions on new products
- Ensure you work towards achieving Depot KPI’s
- Build up good customer relations and achieve customer satisfaction every time
- Implement Branch process and procedures
- May be required to drive delivery vehicles (up to 3.5t) and operate Forklift trucks (full training will be given) to help support the service to our customers.
- Organised and structured approach to work and tasks
