**Position overview**
KCM Waste Management seek to appoint a Transport Administrator to work within our busy Head Office Skip Department Team.

This position will see you plan and assign work to our fleet of HGV vehicles, organising routes and ensuring each lorry is running as efficiently as possible.

You will be the first point of contact for our drivers, problem solving any issues or delivery queries which may arise.

Excellent organisational and communication skills are key to this role in order to liaise with our drivers efficiently and ensure all jobs are completed.

Training on all in house systems will be provided.

**Duties include**
- Planning routes and assigning work
- Communicating with all drivers
- Day to day admin duties
- Taking skip bookings when required
- Liaise with our on-site garage to manage vehicle availability

**Experience and key skills required**
- To be able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written
- The ability to solve problems and make decisions
- Be confident in thinking clearly in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate
- Commitment to delivering a high-level of customer service
- A good knowledge of the local area would be preferable
