Our Treatments Operatives are responsible for the quality inspection and surface treatment through electrolytic passivation of machined and fabricated components. The process used increases the wear and corrosion resistance properties of components that are subsequently built into assemblies in Aerospace, Industrial and Marine markets

A variety of manufacturing processes, including jigging / de-jigging of components for electrochemical processing, quality inspection to strict criteria, process monitoring, and excellent documentation control are key rresponsibilities for this role within Pall Redruth's varied production facility.

In this role you will be required to work rotating shifts, including nights. You will have the opportunity to:

- Operate manual and semi-automated equipment in a continuous production processing
- Follow engineering drawings, standard operating procedures and similar procedures
- Work with engineering to improve processes on fabricated parts/components to ensure high standard product is supplied to the assembly area.

The essential requirements of the job include:

- High levels of dexterity, coupled with excellent practical skills.
- Attention to detail ability focus for periods of time on work in hand.
- Ability to operate equipment in a continuous manufacturing/processing department as part of a team.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- Manufacturing processes particularly chemical processing
- Preferably having worked in a production environment previously.

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate for this role, enhanced by shift allowance. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
