- Stay up to date with relevant recruitment policies, laws, and regulations.

**What you'll bring**:

- 18+ months of experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- A proven track record in sales, demonstrating your ability to exceed targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build meaningful relationships.
- Resilience, adaptability, and exceptional multitasking skills.
- Passion and drive to achieve success in a dynamic and competitive industry.

**What you'll get**:

- OTE £75k with uncapped commission (45% on anything above £20k fee) and no threshold.
